Oh, right, work. This giant pile is heading over to Venue, just in time for their extended hours during the Ballard Seafood Fest this weekend. Kid shirts, baby hats, & a few crowns, plus a whole bunch of bracelets, bobby pins, & necklaces. Phew!
While I was sorting & tagging, I heard this from my son: Mommo! I have something for you to take a picture of! I am always ready to take a break from sorting & tagging, which I kind of hate, so I got the camera & headed upstairs to find that he had very carefully set up a victory vignette.
Not only did he expect me to take a picture of it, but he expected me to lie down on the floor to get the best shot of their little Playmobil faces (I did, of course). He also told me that if the final print was good, he'd need a frame for it, please.
I guess he does pay attention to what I do all day.
LOVE IT!! LOL

You are a very cool Mom. You do realize that things like this lead to bonus points for you when he's a teenager right? (or at least, I think so -- since mine is only 2 I'm taking this one on faith!)

I really should plan a day trip to Ballard. It's not like it's the other side of the world...
I love the victory photo.
